Below are some common questions about the ordering
process and return policy.
1. How is shipping calculated?
All shipping charges are calculated in the shopping
cart according to total price of your purchase.
2. How long will it take for my order to
ship?
All orders will be shipped no later than 14 days
after the order has been received. If your order
will ship after 14 days you will be contacted via
email at the address provided on your order.
3. Can I request expedited shipping for my
order?
We may be able to accommodate expedited shipping
depending on our current volume and product
availability. Additional fees apply and are
estimated on a case-by-case basis. Inquiries can be
sent to orders@feelyourboobies.com for
consideration.
4. Is the shopping cart you use secure?
We us Yahoo! Merchant Store servers which uses SSL (secure socket layer) encrypted
communications for all credit card and personal
information information exchange. The information passed between you and our website shopping cart is encrypted so that data that may
be intercepted is unreadable. To confirm this
visually, you
will notice when checking out that the beginning url
address in your browser changes from http: to https:
indicating you are on a secure server.
5. How can I be sure my order went through?
All orders will receive an confirmation email that
is automatically generated through our store once
the order is complete. This confirmation will
include your order number and order details. Please
be sure to check your spam folder if you cannot
locate this email.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover and Pay Pal. We do not accept personal
checks.
7. What tax rate do you use?
We are based in Pennsylvania, therefore if you live
in, or ship your order to Pennsylvania, we are
required to charge you local tax on your purchase at
the current rate of 6%.
8. Is there any way to check on the status of
my order?
We do not update order status online so the only way
to check on your order is via email. If you need to
contact us regarding an order, please email orders@feelyourboobies.com
and include your First Name, Last Name, and 5-digit
Order # from your confirmation email. Note: Please
allow at least 14 days for shipping before inquiring
about shipping status.

damaged?

Return Policy:
The Feel Your Boobies Foundation is happy to honor
any merchandise exchanges/returns as long the
exchange/return request is made within 14 days of
receipt of goods.
For items being returned due issues related to size
or personal preference, the following are required
in order for an exchange/return to be approved:
• The item(s) being exchanged/returned is in new
condition and accompanied by the original
invoice/receipt.
• If requesting an exchange, the new item(s) you
wish to exchange is equal to, or of greater value
than the item being returned.
• If requesting a refund for the returned item(s),
the amount refunded will be equal to the purchase
price of the returned item(s). Any shipping costs
incurred to return the items are not refundable.
For items being returned because they are damaged or
defective, the following are required in order for
the return to be approved:
• Please contact Feel Your Boobies within 14 days of
receiving the damaged or defective merchandise in
order to obtain a return authorization.
Return Process:
Feel Your Boobies wants you to be completely
satisfied with your online purchases and the quality
of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not,
simply email us to obtain a Return Authorization
Number.

In order to issue your Return Authorization Number,
we will need the following information:
1. Your email and phone number
2. The item name of the merchandise being
returned/exchanged.
3. The original order number.
Your Return Authorization Number will be issued via
email. Please write this number on your receipt and
the outside of the box and ship your return to:
